The atmosphere in La Barbacane is one of charm and elegance – from its beautiful interior of wood panels and stained glass windows to the enchanting view, it allows views of the hotel's gardens and the Citadel ramparts, with a glimpse of Carcassonne town in the distance.
Opening Hours from 7:30pm - 9:30pm, Thursday to Monday only.

Lunch at Chez Saskia/Le Jardin de l'Evêque
Enjoy a relaxed lunch at our superb restaurant Chez Saskia or, weather permitting, Le Jardin de l'Evêque. You can choose from delicious hot and cold dishes in an informal atmosphere.
Opening Hours: 12:00pm - 2:30pm daily. Le Jardin de l'Evêque is open from 1st June to 30th September.
